Crepes 

On Friday we made Crepes which is a very thin pancake like pastry that is typically served for breakfast but can be served as anything. 

Inside our Crepe was Hazelnut spread and Banana and Anne and Mischa had some passion fruit sauce as well.

A Crepe is made up of 1cup of flour, 1egg, 1/2milk, salt, and butter.

It has a nice sweet but savoury taste it. I would make this again 10/10

I think my team and I worked very well. In my team was Mischa, Tewai, and Anne .

Pikelets 

On Friday we mad pikelets. A pikelet is a variant of pancake, smaller and also thicker then a traditional french crepe.

We didn't put anything on top of our pikelets but if you were to it would most likely be some sort of jam and/or cream.

A pikelet is made up of 1C of plain flour, 1t baking powder, 1/4t salt, 1 egg, 1/4c sugar, and 3/4c milk.

A pikelet tastes like a nice sweet pancake but thicker and has more fluff. It was very tasty, would recommend 10/10 

I think me and my team worked very well in my team was Mischa, Keisha and Anne.

Anzac biscuits 

The name Anzac means Australian and New Zealand Army Corps (ANZAC) 

which is a biscuit that has a nice crunchy but sweet taste to it. Anzac biscuits are normally served with tea or milo and coffee.

To make an Anzac biscuit you need 1C rolled oats, 1c thread coconut, 1c flour, 1c sugar, 125g butter, 2Tbsp golden syrup, 1tsp baking soda, and 2Tbsp hot water.

The biscuits were very good and had a nice crunch to them. 10/10

I think my group worked very well. In my group was, Anne, Tewai, and Charlis. 

Savoury Bread Case

Into: In foods we made a bread case which is a savoury snack that you can fill with a variety of foods.

My team and I worked very well together and were very happy with the final results.

     

I think the bread case was very good and all of us were pleased with it 

Cheese scones

on Friday 19th we made a cheese scone. you can add many different toppings/fillings into it but we just used cheese.

My team and I worked very well once again.

    

Pizza Swirl 

we made pizza swirls and it is a savoury snack that u can also make sweet, and fill with viraity of fillings.

I think the pizza swirls were really good and very filling. The ingredients we put in them were very yum.

I think the pizza Swirls were a 10/10 because everyone liked them and my team worked very well.

I don't have any pictures of them I forgot to take some 

 

building shapes

  today we had to make shapes out of a sting that had no ending it was a loop of string attached together.

The people i worked with was Te Wai and Nishitha .

we sucked. we could barley make a square correct 

we learnt how to make shapes with our hands and a piece of string.
